A LITTLE ABOUT ME . . .
I have been working in the mental health field since 1999. I began my career working in a residential treatment facility for children and adolescents. That pushed me into seeking my Master's degree, during which time I administered psychological and neuropsychological assessments to support myself.  I then had the pleasure of working as a school counselor/social worker in a middle school for 5 years.  I have been exclusively in private practice since 2010.  However, my most rewarding and educational experience, has been as a parent. I am passionate about helping people evaluate their own lives and create ways to have more satisfying, whole-hearted experiences.  I take great pride in the progress and success of my clients, and look forward to helping you. Choice Theory / Reality Therapy
I received my certification in Choice Theory / Reality Therapy / Lead Management in 2008. I am very passionate about Choice Theory and have experienced many positive changes in my personal life because of it. Â I teach and apply many of the main tenets in sessions with my clients, and love to watch the pardigm shifts occur.
